I’ve always loved flowers. The colors, the textures, the blooms. Lately, I’ve been drawn to leaves. The too often forgotten part of the flower. The part of nature that shows us it’s okay to let dead things go.

The part that shows us change is inevitable.
To stop rushing things that need to grow.
That the colors we shine are full of wonder.

That there is still magic.

Some of you have noticed.. I haven’t been as act

Some of you have noticed.. I haven’t been as active as usual. Our family has been through a lot in the last few months, including a separation. My girls and I (oh! and Doug the dog, of course), have been settling into our new home. New routines. New lives. You may be thinking.. this is a craft account. Stick to what you know, girl.

But here’s what I know: most, if not all of us, are going through hard times. The girls and I are going to thrive. To heal together, and learn from the lessons life and God gives us. This is where growth, and inspiration blooms. This is where I find a new path.

I’m a creator, podcast host, product expert, motivator, and add in: single mom.

Renewed in creativity. Restored in faith. Ready to face this new life. 💕🌿

Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t make a post on this topic, or pour my whole heart out about it. Many of us have been there. Millions of millions of people (literally) have been there. But.. did you know that the ages 10-14 is the third highest age bracket for suicide? It’s an issue that should be an open conversation.. not a hidden, shameful topic. All of us have a story, and all of us deserve a life of love.

In the crafting world, we use our hobbies not only as a main hustle or side hustle. We use it as therapy. One of my major passions is using crafting as an outlet for mental health. It’s so important to me that you know you are not alone. Not now, not ever.

I can’t tell you the endless amount of hours I’ve spent perfecting editing techniques. It’s been something I’ve wanted to offer my people for literally years. I’ve been such a perfectionist because, I don’t want to alter true colors, or change the true identity of a photo. Instead, I wanted to help you bring out the most in each image, helping colors to show their true self, instead of being inhibited by darkness or shadows.
